Made for Fate001... 2nd time using a stroke. Should I complete it near her waist, like a line going across the bottom?

Nah, bottom stroke never works. You could try using "burn" and adjust Saturation for stronger colors too. ^^

Yeah the inside colors are kind of...faded or something compared to the outline.
